PaintBox Condominiums

After a year of anticipation and preregistration, the platinum launch is upon us. If you have already registered with the Condo Brothers you have secured your spot and will receive further information from both the developer and from your representatives Frank and Ares. There is enormous interest in this project and it will sell out quickly, so there are a few steps you can take to make sure you’re ready to go when the time comes to buy a unit.

If you haven’t, there is still time to register. We will still be able to secure units, but once the sale starts there is no turning back the registration. Fill out the form on the right to be put on the list. It’s crunch time so fill out the form right away to make sure you have access when the release happens.

The first event took place last week at Paintbox Condos, and it was amazing!

Hobknobbing with the PRESIDENT of Daniels is always a great way to start an event. Mitchel Cohen (seen here giving a speech for habitat for humanity), the president of Daniels corporation was in the huge crowd fielding answers and experiencing the lucky buyers of the Paintbox.

Aside from this candid showing by the social Mr. Cohan, the Daniels team was out in full force. Many of the questions fielded were covered in this fancy package that was given to every registered VIP insider (learn how to register by filling out the form on the right of the page). The package includes four sample floorplans, plus information about the aquatics center.

There has been some information released about Phase II of the newest Regent Park Project, Paintbox. For those of you who have booked your appointments and registered at the sales center, stay tuned as floor plans are in the works!

As expected, there will be street level retail at the base of the condominium. Paintbox Condos will range from bachelor units of 392 square feet to two bedroom units of 928 square feet.  There will be approximately 283 suites in the building.

Plans for the Arts and Cultural Center attached to Paintbox are ready! The developers were hush hush, but they have told us:

1st Floor: Experience
2nd Floor: Learning
3rd Floor: Innovation
(It’s not exactly a blueprint, but more information nonetheless).

More information on the area was released. The plans for the Aquatic center are ready! Located in the 6 acre community park, the center will house three pools and is slated to be completed in 2012 (around the same time as Paintbox). There is also a new off Leash Park under construction that will be ready this summer.
